The Finnish Transport and Communications Agency (Traficom) is responsible for vehicle registration and maintains a vehicle register. Traficom organises vehicle registration activities by procuring the necessary services from their providers, i.e. contracted registrars. At Plus Katsastus, we are one of these service providers.
